Question 1

Is there a free tier?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sign up for 20 free credits—no credit card required. That is enough for one Quick Clip or Full Video generation when output is live so you can judge quality before you buy more.

Question 2

How do credits work?

Accepted Answer

Credits are consumed when you generate a video. Quick Clip and Full Video may use different amounts; we show the cost in the tool before you confirm. Browsing the site or loading example prompts does not use credits.

Question 3

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Credit purchases are generally final and non-refundable except where required by law. Review the pack details before checkout. For exceptional cases, contact support@myaivideomaker.com.

Question 4

Do paid packs include commercial use?

Accepted Answer

Commercial use rights are included on the Pro pack and may expand to other tiers at launch. Free signup credits are for personal testing unless we state otherwise on this page.

Question 5

When does video generation open?

Accepted Answer

MyAIVideo is in early access. You can explore prompts and workflows today; paid credits apply when clip and Full Video output ships. We label coming-soon steps instead of faking live renders.

Question 6

Need help choosing a pack?

Accepted Answer

Email support@myaivideomaker.com and tell us how many clips or Full Video runs you plan each month—we will point you to the right credit pack.
